Marriage LINKS Training
Developed by Dr. Van Epp and taught by certified instructor Norma Tilton.
A few key elements that are taught in the LINKS training:
- We are responsible to keep our TRUST PICTURE positive about our spouse
- The importance of keeping the KNOW, TRUST, RELY, COMMIT, AND TOUCH in sync by having regular HUDDLES to evaluate and rebalance how these bonding dynamics are working.
- The KNOWING formula is TALK + TOGETHERNESS + TIME = INTIMACY
ENRICH Your Relationship
ENRICH (Evaluating & Nurturing Relationship Issues, Communication, & Happiness) was developed for married couples in 1981 by David Olson, David Fournier and Joan Druckman.
Marriage has many seasons and each couple you meet with is in a different place. ENRICH is an objective assessment tool that provides insights that results in the conversations that provide forward movement – building strength as individuals and as a couple. Married couples who take part in ENRICH are more likely to have a satisfying marriage. A crisis doesn’t need to happen before a married couple can benefit from marriage education.
